Vehicle registration. After the new car is purchased, it must be registered in time to establish a registration card. The registration card should include the vehicle model, brand number, vehicle condition, use, technical performance and other data.
Vehicle scheduling. The transportation of all goods in the factory shall be arranged and dispatched by the logistics department. According to the transportation plan of the factory, the vehicle dispatcher of the logistics department will arrange the vehicles and travel routes to ensure the rational and effective use of the vehicles.
Technical maintenance. In order to ensure the reliability of the vehicle, reduce the consumption of fuel and materials, and extend the mileage of overhaul of the vehicle, the repair and maintenance of the vehicle must be carried out in time. The technical maintenance of the vehicle is divided into primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and tertiary maintenance.
The first-level maintenance is to check the bolts and nuts of the exposed parts of the vehicle, check the lubricant plane in each assembly, add lubricating oil, and eliminate the faults found. The driver is responsible for the weekly shift.
