How are tracked carriers maintained

Tracked carriers require regular maintenance to ensure they remain in good working condition and to extend their lifespan. Here are some common maintenance tasks for tracked carriers:

1.Lubrication: Tracked carriers have numerous moving parts that require lubrication to prevent friction and wear. These parts include the tracks, idler wheels, sprockets, and rollers.
2.Cleaning: Tracked carriers operate in dirty and dusty environments, which can lead to clogged air filters, radiators, and other components. Regular cleaning can prevent damage to these parts and ensure the vehicle operates efficiently.
3.Inspection: Regular inspections of the tracks, suspension, and hydraulic system can help identify any wear or damage that needs to be repaired or replaced.
4.Fluid checks: Tracked carriers use several fluids, including hydraulic oil, engine oil, coolant, and fuel. Regular checks and top-ups of these fluids are important to keep the vehicle running smoothly and prevent damage.
5.Component replacement: Components such as tracks, rollers, sprockets, and idler wheels can wear out over time and need to be replaced. Regular inspections can help identify when replacement is necessary.
6.Electrical system checks: Tracked carriers may have electrical components, such as lights, horns, and alarms, that require testing and maintenance.
7.Battery maintenance: Tracked carriers use batteries to start the engine and power electrical components. Regular battery checks and maintenance can help ensure reliable starting and prevent battery failure.

It's important to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and schedule regular servicing with a qualified technician to ensure the tracked carrier remains in good working condition.

Tracked Utility Terrain Vehicle-Fire truck
Tracked Utility Terrain Vehicle-Fire truck
On the basis of the personnel carrier, the fire-fighting vehicle designs a sprinkler device for the rear vehicle, adopts the integrated structure of the carport water tank, and installs a fire-fighting water pump and a high-pressure energy-saving cleaning pump. The fire-fighting water pump can continuously spray water for 15 minutes under high pressure, and the high-pressure energy-saving water pump can continuously spray water for more than 1.5 hours to achieve fire extinguishing operations while driving. The fire pump and the high-pressure energy-saving cleaning water pump can be operated separately at the same time. In addition, it is also equipped with an external interface that can be matched with the existing forest fire-fighting water pump pipe belt to realize the remote water supply mode combined with the water pump unit. It also has an external connection for the water tank, and the town fire truck can be used to replenish water for the vehicle. The front part of the water tank is equipped with an independent load space, and the rear part is equipped with a pump operator's operation room, which can operate double pumps by one person. The vehicle has 2600 kilograms of water and 200 liters of drinking water. The upper part of the carport is designed with guardrails and can carry 400 kilograms of materials and equipment. The front and rear vehicle weighs a total of 4000 kilograms.
